About me

I’m Paul Ngumii, a software developer based in Nairobi. I’ve been building software since 2012.

I lead software development at Jamii Telecommunications, working on customer apps, internal business systems, and telecom software. I also work on VoIP automation with Lightup Networks.

For independent projects, I work through SimpleKraft. That includes websites, apps, and connecting existing systems. You can find more detail in my résumé.

Outside work, I hike and take photographs. I’ve been photographing landscapes, nature, and the night sky around Kenya since 2016. This site is where I share some of those trips and notes from my software work.
